CAPTION: Tony Freeman hugs his son Logan, 2, outside their home in Putnam County, Ohio. The family’s home was cut off in all directions by flood water from Wednesday morning until Saturday afternoon. Luckily, the rising water stopped a few feet short of entering their home. “I feel very lucky,” Freeman says, “Many of my neighbors have lost everything.”
