CAPTION: Patricia Gillette peers out from her trailer’s bedroom into the mud-covered floor of her kitchen. After flood waters rose three feet inside, the floor boards buckled and her home of 20 years was damaged beyond repair. “I’ve lost everything,” she said. “They are going to bulldoze it down and I’ve got nothing left to save.”
